Increasing and utilising digital services in mental health work

The project produces digital care materials for supporting mental wellbeing. The materials can be utilised as self-care or to support the work of a professional. They have been produced based on evidence-based care models already in use. The materials can help with anxiety symptoms, prolonged or recurring depression and life situation changes. The project has also produced primary information about difficulties with emotional regulation.

The objective of the project is to reinforce people’s ability to take care of their own mental wellbeing. We utilise tried-and-true care models as the basis for developing digital self-care programmes that can be utilised anytime, anywhere. Our work also supports the mental health know-how of professionals, providing them with opportunities to utilise digital care models in their work.

On this website, you can find the self-care programmes developed in the project, as well as other materials and information for professionals.
